The Strategic Monthly Retainer

Available only to clients who have completed the Clarity & Strategy Session. Comprehensive, ongoing strategic support for individuals navigating active high-conflict litigation and severe post-separation abuse.

This monthly retainer includes:

• Three (3) 60-Minute Tactical Advising Sessions: Spaced throughout the month to keep you anchored, prepare for immediate legal hurdles, and continuously map out the other party's behavioral pivots.

• Asynchronous B.O.S.S. Communication Audits: Before you reply to a high-conflict email or a legal threat from your ex-spouse, you can submit your drafted response. I will review and adjust it to ensure it strictly meets the Brief, Objective, Strategic, and Sterile parameters, neutralizing their ability to manufacture conflict.

• Priority Secure Messaging: Direct access between our scheduled sessions for time-sensitive, tactical guidance when crises or unexpected courtroom maneuvers arise.
